Presentation Guidelines

The afternoon is your time as a team to refine and create a presentation of your innovative solution.

The feedback on your presentation will be on the following criteria:
  1. Clearly defined and stated the problem.
  2. Solution contained multiple viewpoints.
  3. End user experience was considered in solution design.
  4. Plan for implementation of solution included.
  •   Each team will have 5 minutes to present. The panel will have 5 minutes of questions and feedback, then we'll jump straight to the next presentation. We will be very strict on timing.
  • The room is yours. Use any visual aids you want. Make it interactive if you can. But remember that you have 5 minutes.
  • You will receive a signal when you have one minute remaining. Pitches will not be allowed to go long.

Your Subject Matter Experts will be:

Kari Clevenger, Assistant Dean, Avila Advantage

Mark Eaton, Instructional Designer and Faculty at Avila University

Michael Gonzales,  Leader of Diversity and Inclusion at Hallmark Cards

Andria Hilvitz-Stokes, Director Center for Transformational Learning and Faculty at Avila University

J. Anthony Snorgrass, Faculty Avila University
